You don’t have to be fit to do CrossFit, but through CrossFit you get fit. CrossFit is really suitable for everyone and the workout can be adapted to your individual level.

Our CrossFit classes run for an hour and usually consist of:

  • warmup
  • skill / strength
  • high-intensity workout
  • cooldown / stretching

Yes of course. All coaches and even most members speak English well enough for you to participate in a class without any problem. Moreover, we use English as our “Whiteboard Language” which means that all exercises are written in English.
